Reference month June 2026; INE published the June IPC on 7-8 July 2026 (open-data series updated 7 Jul 2026; informe presented 8 Jul 2026). Index family: IPC año base 2024=100 ('ritmo inflacionario' = YoY headline). June 2026: ritmo 2.27% (down 0.59pp from 2.86% in May), variación intermensual -0.32%; June 2025 was 1.79%. Inside Banguat's 4.0% +/-1pp target band. ACCESS NOTE: ine.gob.gt WordPress pages sit behind a Radware bot-challenge for foreign traffic, but the INE's own open-data portal (datos.ine.gob.gt) and sistema/uploads PDF paths serve directly — the June value was read from the INE's official 'Variación Interanual por Región 2025-2026' series (República column) and corroborated by the official Diario de Centro América article of 8 Jul 2026 (https://dca.gob.gt/noticias-guatemala-diario-centro-america/inflacion-baja-a-2-27-en-junio/, verified via fresh Wayback snapshot web.archive.org/web/20260716201755/).
